Help me write the note I’d hand any AI before we start.

I want a short note about me to paste at the top of any new AI chat, so the assistant stops answering for a stranger. Don’t write it yet. Ask me up to seven questions, one at a time, about my work, my household, what I’m working toward this year, my limits on time and money, and how I like answers written. Don’t ask for names, addresses or exact figures, and let me skip any question. Then write the note in first person, under 120 words, in plain sentences, using only what I told you. Use roles in place of names and round the numbers. Leave out health details, exact finances, addresses and anything about other people that isn’t mine to share, even if I mentioned them. Finish with a list of what you left out and why.
