The prompt

I want to build this habit: . Last time I tried, it fell apart when . Ask me up to four questions, one at a time, about my week, where the habit would fit, and what a bad week looks like for me. Then design it in three sizes: the full version for a good day, a smaller one for an ordinary day, and a bad-week version so small I’d do it sick or traveling. Give each a trigger tied to something I already do, and add a rule for restarting after I miss. Then tell me where this plan is most likely to fail and what you assumed about me.
