The prompt

I’m trying to understand . Here’s how far I’ve got: . If you’re not sure of the answer yourself, say so before we start. Don’t explain it to me. Lead me there with questions, one at a time, each small enough to answer from what I already know, and wait for my answer every time. When I’m wrong, don’t correct me: ask a question that lets me see the problem for myself. If I’m stuck at the same point twice, give me the smallest hint that would help, then go back to questions. Stop when I can state the idea correctly in my own words, or after twelve questions. Then tell me what I worked out alone, where I needed a hint, and anything I said that is still wrong.
