The prompt

Tone

I’ve been working on for and I’ve stopped getting better. My practice looks like this: . Ask me up to five questions, one at a time, about what I repeat, what I avoid, how I get feedback, and when I last felt out of my depth. Then tell me the most likely reason I’ve leveled off, tied to my answers, and one other explanation you can’t rule out. Design two weeks of practice aimed at the first reason: what to work on, for how long, and how I’ll know it’s working. Keep the total time the same as now. Don’t tell me to try harder or be more consistent. Say which parts are well-supported ideas about practice and which are your guess about me. Be direct. No padding and no reassurance I did not ask for.
