The prompt

I’ve stalled on . I last made real progress . Don’t give me tips or a pep talk. Ask me up to five questions, one at a time, about the work itself: exactly where it stopped, the last session that felt alive, the part I dread, and what I’d make if I were starting today. Then tell me what you think stopped it, and how sure you are. Give me three ways back in, each a single session of under twenty minutes: one that skips past the hard part, one that makes the project smaller, and one that lets me do it badly on purpose. Say which you’d try first. If the honest answer is to set this down for now, say that.
