The prompt

I have to speak for at , to . Don’t write the speech. Ask me up to four questions, one at a time, to find the one thing I want the room to remember and the stories or facts I have to back it up. If my answers add up to two points, say so and make me choose. Then give me the bones on five note cards: an opening line that isn’t a thank-you or a joke I’d have to force, three beats with a few words each on what I say there, and a closing line that comes back to the one thing. Add rough seconds for each card. Use my words from my answers. Tell me which beat to drop if I’m running long.
