The prompt

I’m trying to explain to , and the plain explanation isn’t landing. Give me five comparisons to things they already know, each from a different corner of everyday life, such as the kitchen, the weather, traffic, sports or housework. One or two sentences each. For every comparison, say where it breaks down: the point at which the idea stops behaving like the familiar thing. Skip the comparisons everyone has already heard for this topic. Then pick the one that holds up longest and show me how I’d say it in a single sentence. If none of the five really works, say so.
