The prompt

I’m starting as at . What I know so far about the job: . Ask me up to five questions, one at a time, about the team, my manager, and what the last person in the role did. Then write a one-page plan in three blocks: days 1 to 30, 31 to 60 and 61 to 90. In each block give me what to learn, who to talk to and what to ask them, and one thing to deliver. Keep the first month mostly listening, and name what I should leave alone until I understand it. End with the mistake people most often make in my position, and what you’re assuming about this workplace that I should check.
