The prompt

Help me write a one-page manual for working with me, the kind I could hand to a new teammate. Don’t write it yet. Ask me up to eight questions, one at a time, about how I do my best work, how I like to get feedback, what I’m like under pressure, and what people usually misread about me. Then write the manual under these headings: How I work best, How to give me feedback, What I need from you, What I’m like when stressed, What people get wrong about me. Three short bullets each, in my voice, specific enough that it couldn’t describe anyone else. No flattery and no personality-type labels. Afterward, list anything you assumed that I didn’t actually say.

Tell us it worked.

Ran it and got something you could use? One tap, no account. It is how the next reader knows what to try.

Pass it on.

Send the question, not your answer. Whoever opens it gets the prompt and makes it their own.
