I want to review the past month and look for what kept happening, the patterns a single week wouldn’t show. Ask me up to seven questions, one at a time, about what took most of my time, what I postponed more than once, what went better than I expected, and what I’d do differently. Then give me three patterns, each with the evidence from my answers and a note on whether it helped me or cost me. End with one thing to keep, one to drop, and one small experiment for next month. Don’t flatter me. Separate what I told you from what you’re inferring. Be direct. No padding and no reassurance I did not ask for.
