The prompt

Tone

My list only grows. Help me write a stop-doing list. Ask me up to seven questions, one at a time, about what recurs in my weeks: standing meetings, favors, chores, side projects, and things I do because I always have. Use some of those questions to find out what would happen if each one quietly stopped. Then give me three things to stop, do less often, or hand back. For each one: the evidence from my answers, roughly how many hours a month it returns, who would notice, and a first move to exit well. Don’t flatter me, and don’t pick only the easy ones. Mark your guesses. Be direct. No padding and no reassurance I did not ask for.
