The prompt

I want to save for by . I’ve saved and can put aside about in a normal month. If you don’t know today’s date, ask me before you start. Then show the math so I can check it: the months you counted, what I’d need each month, the gap between that and what I can manage, and whether the date holds. Give me three versions of the plan in a small table: keep the date, keep the monthly amount, or split the difference. Add one rule for what to do after a bad month. Count plain saving only, with no interest or returns. Don’t soften it if the numbers don’t work.
