The prompt

Tone

I’ve worked in for and want to move into . Ask me up to six questions, one at a time, about what I do day to day, what I’m trusted with, and why I want the change. Then give me three lists: what I’ve done that transfers, described in the new field’s words; what won’t count there, however proud of it I am; and what someone hiring in that field would doubt about me. End with two bridge roles that sit between the two fields and one small project that would prove I can do the work. If you’re unsure how that field hires, say so. Don’t tell me it will be easy. Be direct. No padding and no reassurance I did not ask for.
