The prompt

Everything on this list is supposedly urgent: . For each item, work out who is waiting on it and what really happens if it arrives a day late. Where I haven’t told you, ask me, up to four questions, one at a time. Then sort the list into three groups: do today, do tomorrow and warn someone now, and not urgent after all. Be skeptical of any deadline that came without a reason. For the middle group, draft one short message I can adapt that resets the timing without a long apology.
