The prompt

I need to , and it feels too big to start. Break it into pieces I can begin without having to decide anything. Each piece takes ten minutes or less and starts with a physical action. A good piece sounds like ‘find the folder and put it on the table’, not ‘get organized’. The first one should feel almost too small to count. Give me the first ten, numbered, with a rough time on each, and mark two points where I could stop for the day and still have something finished. If the job needs more than ten, say roughly how many are left. If a piece depends on something you don’t know, write it as a question for me. Don’t guess, and skip the pep talk.
