Something is draining my energy and I can’t see what. Don’t answer yet. Take me through yesterday, not a typical day: ask me up to seven questions, one at a time, from when I woke up to when I went to bed, about what I was doing, who I was with, and whether I felt flat or awake. Then give me a short table of my three biggest drains and the two things that seemed to recharge me, each with the answer it’s based on. Finish with one drain I could cut or move this week. Label your guesses. One day is thin evidence, so tell me what you’d check on a second day, and whether anything sounds worth raising with a doctor. Be direct. No padding and no reassurance I did not ask for.
