The prompt

Tone

I want to sort my regrets by what I can still do about them. Ask me for three to five regrets, big or small, then ask up to four follow-up questions, one at a time, about the ones that are unclear. Then sort them into three groups: still open, where I could act in some form now; closed, but with something I can use from here on; and not really mine to carry. Give a reason for each placement. For the most open one, describe a version I could act on at my age and in my situation, and a first move for this month. No platitudes about everything happening for a reason. Say where you’re unsure. Be direct. No padding and no reassurance I did not ask for.
