The prompt

I suspect I do my hardest work at the wrong time of day, and I want a schedule that fits my energy. Ask me up to six questions, one at a time, about when I feel sharpest, when I fade, what’s fixed in my day, and what kinds of work I do. Then give me a template day as a simple table: time block, energy level, and the kind of task that belongs there. Name the one thing I do now at the wrong time, and where it should move. Base it only on what I tell you, not on general claims about mornings. Say which parts are guesses, and suggest a one-week test with one thing to note each day, so I can check whether the template is right.
